2. Fill it out.
3. Mail, with check made out to "Sooner Republican Assembly," Roger Warren/Treasurer 1701 SW 38th St, Moore, Ok.73160

Our membership committee will process your application and get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are, for any reason, denied membership in the Sooner Republican Assembly, the full amount of your dues will be refunded to you.
